Verbs in Spanish usually end in -ir. Whereas English doesn't have a defined rule about the verbs.

This summer i worked a lot. But I also went out with friends too. It would not be much of a summer if I didn't. I babysat during the week days and worked at Eldora on the weekends. I am still working up there now, our last race is the tnth of October! I finished my physical therapy for my knee and went back to playing volleyball, that was an accomplishment.
